All brick pavers we sell carry a lifetime warranty by the manufacturer. All of our brick work is guaranteed in writing and backed by our work. In the very rare event that a properly installed patio has an issue, you will see the issue within the first month or two. The most common reasons a brick paver patio has an issue is in the base materials and it is an easy fix. Concrete and clay brick paver installation shall be guaranteed for the period of (2) full years from the date of the completed installation. We guarantee that the concrete brick pavers are properly installed and of a quality product. Escape Landscaping also guarantees that the brick shall not settle more that an acceptable amount during the period of the guarantee. Escape Landscaping does not guarantee the concrete brick pavers against the following; drainage, water discoloration or disfigurement, erosion, settlement due to water damage, abuse, damage, vandalism, acts of nature, or work done by others.
